  5. Provide the latest mobile number and correspondence address upon filling up the Test Drive feedback form for redemption gift delivery.
• Each Participant is allowed to submit only one (1) registration.
• Participant is not allowed to register on behalf of other individuals.
• No purchase is necessary to enter the Campaign.
